As the Heroes Foundation approaches its 25th year of operations, we are pleased to announce an important leadership transition and the search for the organisation’s next Chief Executive Officer.
After six extraordinary years of service as Chief Executive Officer, Lawrence J. Arjoon will transition into the role of Director, Strategic Transformation. In this new position, he will continue supporting the organisation’s long-term development, strategic priorities, innovation initiatives, and leadership transition.
Under Lawrence’s leadership, Heroes Foundation has strengthened its programmes, partnerships, governance systems, operational effectiveness, and organisational capacity, creating a strong foundation for future growth and impact.
The Board of Directors has commenced the search for the organisation’s next Chief Executive Officer, with the goal of welcoming the successful candidate by September 2026.
This transition reflects the continued evolution of Heroes Foundation as we prepare for the next chapter of leadership, growth, and service to children, young people, families, and communities across Trinidad and Tobago.
