Philip is the Founder and Chairman of the Heroes Foundation and the Chairman of the Kenesjay Group of Companies.  An engineer, entrepreneur, and business leader, he has spent more than two decades advancing sustainable development initiatives in Trinidad and Tobago while providing the vision and stewardship that helped transform Heroes from a simple idea into a nationally recognised youth development organisation. 

Lawrence is a strategist and institution builder with experience spanning civil society, public service, media, and energy.  He led the transformation of the Heroes Foundation’s operating model, curriculum, systems, and organisational framework, and now supports the organisation’s long-term growth, innovation, and strategic development.

Sheldon is an executive coach, strategic business advisor, and former Director of Corporate Responsibility at BP.  With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, he specialises in leadership development, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and helping organisations navigate complex change. 

Sarah is Head of Marketing and External Communications at the ANSA McAL Group and an experienced communications, marketing, and brand strategist.  She is passionate about youth development, mentorship, and helping individuals realise their fullest potential in life and leadership.

Maryam is Principal Medical Officer in the Ministry of Health and one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most respected public health leaders.  Her experience in health systems, governance, partnerships, and national development brings valuable insight to the Foundation’s work with young people and communities. 

Richard is Group Vice President at Republic Financial Holdings Limited and a senior regional banking executive.  His experience in finance, leadership, organisational development, and community engagement strengthens the Board’s oversight of sustainability, accountability, and growth. 

Giselle is Deputy Managing Director of Proman Trinidad Ltd and a senior executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and organisational leadership.  She brings deep expertise in building partnerships, developing people, and helping organisations navigate growth, complexity, and change. 

Shalini is Deputy Chief Managing Partner of Dentons Delany and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Trinidad and Tobago.  Her expertise in governance, risk, corporate law, and complex dispute resolution supports the Board’s commitment to accountability, compliance, and sound organisational stewardship.
