The Heroes Foundation is stepping into a bold new chapter as Darrion M. Narine takes the helm as Chief Executive Officer, and this is not your standard appointment.

He’s a Socio-Cultural Development Specialist, Youth Development Practitioner, Applied Drama Practitioner, strategist, programme leader and professional performer.

In other words? A very different kind of CEO.
Someone who can sit at the boardroom table, step into a classroom, engage young people, build partnerships, develop strategy and understand the power of a good story.

As Heroes approaches 25 years, the foundation remains rooted in a strong legacy, but the next chapter calls for creativity, collaboration and new ways of thinking.
Darrion’s leadership will focus on stronger programmes, deeper partnerships, measurable impact, organisational sustainability and creating more opportunities for young people across Trinidad and Tobago.
And yes, there may be a few unconventional ideas along the way.

Expect creativity.
Expect collaboration.
Expect calculated disruption.
Expect a few “this sounds crazy… but hear me out” moments.

Heroes has the foundation.
Now, it’s time to build something exciting on top of it.

Welcome to the next era of Heroes. ✨
