Credit card donations made to Heroes via the Website are processed by a third party vendor through its own website.  Heroes does not receive or retain any of your credit card information.  Please see the privacy policy of the third party vendor that processes such credit card donations to determine how your credit card information is used.  While Heroes has taken steps to assess the reliability of such vendor, Heroes cannot assume responsibility for breaches of privacy committed by any third parties.

Heroes is in service of youth, and the activities available on the Website will be accessible to users who are under the age of eighteen. Heroes requires approval from parents or guardians for anyone under the age of eighteen to use the Website.  Heroes will not require anyone, over or under the age of eighteen to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity on the Website.  As part of our registration process, parents or guardians must be informed of the registration of any user under the age of eighteen, and approval must be grated before the user is given access to activities on the Website.  Parents or guardians can review the personal information of their child or ward, and direct Heroes to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the information at any time.   Parent or guardian of a user who registers for or is registered on the Website should contact us at +1.868.628.0619 if they would like the user information deleted from our records. Heroes will use reasonable efforts to delete the user’s information from our existing files.
